If you have found a job in the Gulf and are looking to relocate soon, there would be many things that you need to sort out before you pack your bags and board a flight to the Gulf. Apart from your accommodation and family needs there, you would also need to look at one of the most important concerns of expatriates- healthcare insurance. A good healthcare insurance scheme is a must when you move to the Gulf. While there have been efforts to make healthcare insurance compulsory for all expatriates coming in to the region for Gulf jobs, there are still some hurdles that one might experience.

For most jobs in the Gulf, generally the employer will arrange your health insurance cover. Although most of them would speak in English, you should not make any assumptions. There might be cases where the doctors prefer talking in the native language as compared to English.

Swine flu (also known as swine influenza) is referred to as H1N1 virus of A type. This is the recent strain of flu which has affected people all around the world. If you have symptoms of cold or flu, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough and sneeze to prevent other people from getting infected. Wash your hands often with antibacterial soap. Avoid touching your nose, eyes or mouth since viruses spread that way fast. Avoid going to school, office or anywhere outside.

An American Universal Health Care System

Real health care reform is a complex issue; therefore it's not possible to cover every aspect of universal health care or reform of the current system in this short article. However we will cover as much ground with the limited space available.

Health Care System Needs Reform, Not a Government Takeover

Believe it or not, America boasts some of the world’s best doctors, the most advanced health care system, and the most technically superior resources in the world, bar none. Those who travel globally and have gotten sick know that their first choice for treatment would be in the U.S. Though health care in America is, more expensive than any other country, many of the worlds wealthiest come to the U.S for surgical procedures and complex care, because it holds a worldwide reputation for the gold standard in health care.

To examine the complex health care issue, a small research study was conducted from randomly selected doctors in mdnationwide.org's best doctors database. We ask 50 top doctors, located in different states and who practice different specialty fields, " Is a universal health care plan good for America?" Forty-eight of these doctors essentially responded that it was a "bad idea" that would have negative impacts on the quality of our nation’s health care.

Social Engineering Your Health Care

One of the greatest mis-conceptions some people have relied on with regard to the health care debate is that, given a universal health care system, every person in the U.S. would receive the highest quality health care - the kind our nation is renowned for and that we currently receive. However, unlike some public amenities, health care is not a collective public service like police and fire protection services, therefore the Government cannot provide the same quality of health care to everyone, because not all physicians are equally good orthopedic surgeons, internists, neurosurgeons, etc, in the same way that not all individuals in need of health care are equally good patients.

As an analogy - stay with me - when you design a software program, there are many elements that are coded on the back-end, and used to manipulate certain aspects of the software program, that your average "John Doe" who uses the software (the end user) does not understand or utilize, nor do they care about these elements. Certain aspects of the program are coded, so that when one uses that portion of the program, other elements of the program are manipulated and automatically follow the present or next command.

Likewise, once a universal health care plan is implemented in America and its massive infrastructure is shaped, private insurance companies will slowly disappear, and as a result, eventually patients will automatically be forced to utilize the government’s universal health care plan. As part of such a system, patients will be known as numbers rather than patients, because such a massive government program would provide compensation incentive based on care provided, patients would become "numbers," rather than "patients." In addition, for cost savings reasons, every bit of health information, including your own, will be analyzed, and stored by the Government. What are the consequences? If you're a senior citizen and need a knee replacement at the age of 70, the government may determine that you're to old and it's not worth the investment cost, therefore instead of surgery, you may be given medication for the rest of your life at a substantial cost savings to the government, and at a high quality of life price to you.

Solutions:

Fixing the current U.S. health care system might require that we;

1. Encourage prevention and early diagnosis of chronic conditions and management.

2. Completely reform existing government health care programs, including Medicare and Medicaid.

3. Forgive medical school debt for those willing to practice primary care in under-served areas.

4. Improve access to care, provide small businesses and the self-employed with tax credits, not penalties for providing health care.

5. Encourage innovation in medical records management to reduce costs.

6. Require tort reform in medical malpractice judgments to lower the cost of providing care.

7. Keep what isn’t broken-research shows 80% of Americans are happy with their current insurance, therefore, why completely dismantle it?

8. Reimburse physicians for their services.

9. Innovate a system in which Medicare fraud is dramatically decreased.

Devil In the Details

Socialized medicine means:

1. Loss of private practice options, reduced pay for physicians, overwhelming numbers of patients, and increasing burn-out may reduce the number of doctors pursuing the profession.

2. Patient confidentiality will need to be compromised, since centralized health care information will be maintained by the government and it's databases.

3. Healthy people who take care of themselves will pay for the burden of those with unhealthy lifestyles, such as those who smoke, are obese, etc.

4. Patients lose the incentive to stay healthy or aren't likely to take efforts to curb their prescription drug costs because health care is free and the system can easily be abused.

5. The U.S. Government will need to call the shots about important health decisions dictating what procedures are best for you, rather than those decisions being made by your doctor(s), which will result in poor individualized patient care.

6. Tax rates will rise substantially-universal health care is not free since citizens are required to pay for it in the form of taxes.

7. Your freedom of choice will be restricted as to which doctor is best for you and your family.

8. Like all public programs, government bureaucracy, even in the form of health care, does not promote healthy competition that reduces costs based on demand. What’s more, accountability is limited to the budgetary resources available to police such a system.

9. Medicare is subsidized by private insurers to the tune of billions of dollars, therefore if you take them out of the equation, add a trillion dollars or more to the current trillion dollar- plus cost estimates.

10. Currently, the government loses an estimated $30 billion a year due to Medicare fraud. Therefore, what makes anyone think that this same government will be able to run & operate a universal health care system that is resistant to fraud and save money while doing so?.

Summer Sanity Tips for Work at Home Moms

Here we are in the middle of summer and there are moments when I'm really enjoying myself and others when I'm really stressed. If you're like me I swing back and forth between the two. There are moments with my kids where I wish summer would never end and there are those times when school can't start soon enough!

Every mom can appreciate the extra stress of summer vacation but for work at home moms it can be even more challenging. Most of us can't afford to put our businesses on hold for three months. So what can help us manage our business while we still enjoy the summer with our kids?
Here are some summer vacation tips that I've found helpful:

Banish Guilt - Don't waste your summer feeling guilty. You can't do it all (be it every work project and every activity with your children) so for your own sanity stop expecting yourself to. Focus instead on being grateful. The gratitude stems from acknowledging your opportunity to work from home and run a business that brings your joy and income while spending quality time (even if it's not tons of quantity) with your children.

Focus on Your Priorities - Since you can't do it all it's important to have real clarity about which projects you're going to focus on, so your work is streamlined. Personally, I'm using the summer to focus on two key projects - my new Get It Done Coaching program and my Telesummit Blueprint System. With my kids at home much more than during the school year, my focus is either on them or one of those projects. Summer's not a good time to take on other activities that don't matter. Wait until fall, set clear boundaries for yourself, and say NO to what doesn't support you.

Plan Activities -Take a look at classes and camps that are available during the summer. I'll be honest here, I've usually sent my children to camp but this year, with my husband being out of work, the decision to send them to camp had us in a quandary. Can we afford to send them to camp? Can we afford NOT to send them to camp since we got a lot less work done with them at home during the day? (We opted for sending them a little less than previous years).

If you decide to forego a summer camp, there are usually activities in your local area like swim, tennis or art classes. This does require driving time but it will give you and your kids a little break from each other. You may also want to trade play dates with other moms or get grandparents to take the kids on some special outings.

Develop a New Routine - Figure out what work schedule supports you best during the summer. Maybe you'll want to get an earlier start or stay up late so you take advantage of the time your kids are sleeping later (if they do that). I've been bringing my laptop onto my porch so I can watch them outside when they play. Kids are more likely to cooperate if they know what to expect ahead of time. For example, will your kids cooperate if they can count on you working just until noon everyday and taking them swimming afterwards?

Put Them To Work - Get your kids involved in your business. This is a special advantage for work at home moms. Kids think this is fun and they're more likely to be supportive of your business if they're involved! My kids help ship out my monthly membership CDs and absolutely love using my postage meter. It's all just a matter of thinking what tasks are age appropriate and fun for them.

Limit Screen Time - Be strategic about screen time - which includes TV, movies, computer and video games. Sometimes it's okay... but it shouldn't be the only option available to your kids. Instead make a visit to the crafts store for art supplies or go to the library so everyone always has something new to read. For littler kids, find or buy some building toys (like Legos) and make a "dress up box" with some of your old clothes.

Let Them Be Bored - Finally, resist the temptation to rescue the kids when they say they're bored. In our busy on-the-go world we sometimes forget that boredom often leads to creativity. Let them know you have confidence in their ability to figure out how to spend their time.

I hope you find these summer vacation tips helpful. As hectic or frustrated as you might feel, summer usually flies by! Be grateful for the flexibility you have as a work at home mom and enjoy this special time to bond with your kids. Jump in the pool with them, ride bikes or grab a book and read under a tree!

Three Useful Essential Oils with Healing Properties

Due to the natural healing properties of essential oils, they are widely used to treat number of ailments. This article focuses on three commonly used essential oils with their remedial properties.

1. Benzoin

Benzoin is actually a tree resin which is processed to turn it into a liquid.

Benzoin essential oil is helpful for:

1. Coughs colds and flu: Try steam inhalation
2. Itchy skin, dermatitis: Mix into a carrier oil or a perfume free cream and apply to the affected area.
3. Nervous exhaustion, tension: Mix into a carrier oil and use for massage particularly around the neck and shoulder area.
4. Stiff or aching joints: Mix into a carrier oil and massage into the problem area, or use on a compress.
5. Sore, dry skin: Mix into a carrier oil (wheatgerm oil is good) and apply to the affected area at regular intervals. You can also add it to your bath.

There are many varieties of geranium. Geranium oil can uplift or have a relaxing effect and is particular good for menopausal problems.

Geranium essential oil is helpful for:

1. Dry eczema and dermatitis: Mix into a carrier oil. If the problem is severe on the hands, try massaging with the blend, put on cotton gloves and wear overnight.
2. Menopausal bleeding: Mix into a carrier oil and massage into the lower abdomen and back. Or use a compress soaked in warm water with the geranium oil added.
3. Nervous tension and anxiety: Use in an aromatherapy bath, or mix into a carrier oil and massage into neck and shoulders.
4. Sluggish skin: Mix three or four drops into a carrier oil and use to massage the face and neck.
5. Sore throat: Add two drops to a glass of warm water and use as a gargle.

3. Hyssop

Hyssop is an ancient herb which was cultivated for its medicinal as well as romantic properties. The oil is extracted from the leaves and flowers by distillation. It is beneficial for all respiratory problems and can help relieve hay fever.

Hyssop essential oil is helpful for:

1. Bruises: Use as a compress or gently rub over the bruised area.
2. Eczema: Use in carrier oil at regular intervals.
3. Hay fever: Use on handkerchief or in a vaporizer, or blend and use for facial massage.
4. Rheumatism: Use in the bath or as a massage for the affected area.

A Cancer Survivor Story: Meeting Other Cancer People

You meet a stranger and for some reason in that moment you mention you are cancer survivor and find out they're also a survivor or presently going thru treatment. Cancer survivors and patients have a way of running into each other. I would encourage you to focus on conveying hope in those moments. And also, to be careful not to judge their treatment options or push them with your ideas of post-treatment choices. If they are doing something that is different than your approach, let it be; be grateful that you found each other.

Let them talk about their experience. You can get so excited about meeting another cancer person that you want to talk and talk! They want to be heard and identify with you just as much you do with them! If they are in the middle of treatment offer them all the encouragement you can give them. If they inquire if you got sick and you did, I would say, "Yes, but you know people who didn't, that every one has a different experience with chemo or radiation." Don't put in their head they are going to get sick. This is important.

Ask them questions about how they are feeling. Remember there are questions as cancer survivor that you would only know to ask. And there are answers you can give that only a cancer survivor can offer.

Remember to keep listening, feeling their heart. There is unspoken language between cancer people. The most powerful communication is always non-verbal. At the end of your talk, if it feels right, give them a hug. And if it feels appropriate give them some pamphlet or phone number on a referral to other modalities. Give them your email in case they need any support. Email is always a good option; it's easier to contact someone this way.

When its time to say goodbye to another cancer survivor sometimes I hear myself saying, "We made it, brother/We made it, sister!" And then I think that's right, I did! If they are in treatment I say, "When I get up in the mountains on my next hike, I will say a big prayer for you." Then without intending it, I find myself holding their eyes with mine for a long moment. I think in that split second, I am conveying to them,"You can do it. Don't give up. Be tough. You're not alone. I understand. I understand."

How to Give a Relieving Back Massage

Our back represents a large part of the body, and is a very common place to accumulate tension. Back massage is extremely soothing and relaxing and great for relieving stress and tension. This article discusses how to give a back massage that gives relief from back pain naturally.

Steps for back massage -

Uncover the back to just show the buttock crease. At this point it is good idea to place a small rolled up towel under your partner’s forehead otherwise he or she will have to turn his or her head sideways or end up with a squashed nose through which it is difficult to breathe.

1. Starting at the lower back effleurage oil using both hands. Work slowly up the back to the shoulders, pressing gently on the upward stokes, releasing the pressure as you come back down.

2. Starting at the base of the spine work up on either side, using gentle thumb pressure or little thumb circles. Repeat five or six times.

3. With reinforced hands (one on top of the order) sweep up the spine then work around the shoulder blades in a figure-of-eight movement. Repeat the figure-of-eight four or five times.

4. Now work around each shoulder blade individually, still with reinforced hands, in a circular motion. Repeat four or five times each side. You may feel knots (little bumps) around the shoulder blades. These are an indication of tension and massage here gives great relief.

5. Work around the shoulder blades with your thumbs, helping to break down the knots and bumps. Allow your partner to be your guide as these areas can be tender.

6. Squeeze along the top of the shoulders from the neck out, using your fingers and thumbs. Repeat four to five times on each side.

7. Stroke up the back of the neck and out to the ears, using your thumbs.

8. Stand at your partner’s head and sweep your hands down the centre back, across the top of the buttocks, then firmly pull up at the sides. Repeat five times.

9. Move to your partner’s side and rub backwards and forwards over the whole back with frictions to warm the area.

10. Make thumb circles out from just above the buttock crease round towards the hips. This area can often be tender and massage here is soothing. Repeat several times.

11. Effleurage the whole back.

12. Gently stroke up the spine, hand over hand, several times, allowing your touch to get lighter and lighter.

13. Finish by gently holding your partner. Place one hand at the base of the spine, the other at the base of the neck. Hold this position and feel the warmth build up under your hands. After approximately one minute gently lift your hands off. Cover your partner over.

Note: Use massage oil to decrease the friction created on the skin and to prevent the pulling of hair.

Use slow movements for a soothing or calming response and fast movements for a stimulating effect.

Do not put any direct pressure on the spine. Avoid any broken skin, blisters or areas of possible infection.

Techniques –

• Sit erect on the floor with both your legs stretched in front.
• Bend the right knee folding the leg and put the foot high on the left thigh.
• Bring the left foot similarly and place it high on the right thigh.
• Both the knees should touch the ground and keep both the heels near navel. Keep the soles of the feet up turned.
• Spread out the arms and place the palms on the knees. Make a loop of the index fingers joined and stretched.
• Change the legs after some time. Now, keep the left leg first and then the right leg. It helps in developing the legs evenly.
• In the beginning you may feel pain in your knees and ankles, but practice makes it comfortable even for longer sessions.

Effects

• In this posture pelvis gets richer blood supply and tones up coccygeal and sacral nerves.
• It keeps the mind alert and steady and ankles and knees supple.
• For pranayama it is the best and the mind grows calm and clear.
• The erect spine makes one’s concentration strong and lasting. It helps in the awakening of Kundalini as it can be maintained for hours at a stretch without any discomfort.
• This pose also helps in removing constipation. During this meditative pose the production of carbon dioxide is reduced to the minimum.

Mula bandha - Mula literally means the root, source, foundation of the basis. In it, the portion between anus and scrotum is contracted and raised. This prevents apaana escaping from the lower body and draws it up to unite with prana.

Techniques –

• Sit in padmasana or siddhasana. Stretch your hands and fingers in Gyana Mudra
• Inhale deeply and retrain it. Press the chin against the chest in chin lock.
• Contract the region of lower abdomen between the anus and the navel towards your spine and pull it up towards the diaphragm.
• Now, contract and pull upwards the abdominal muscles and remain in the posture for a few seconds.
• Release the grip and sphinec and abdominal muscles, remove the chin lock. Exhale slowly and evenly.
• Repeat the cycle 3-5 times.

Effects

• It prevents apaana escaping from the lower body and draws it up to unite with prana.
• It increases sexual retention power and gives a person of great moral and spiritual power.
• It helps much in awakening the dormant kundalini by preventing the dissipation of pranic energy and changing it into a physical force.

Moving On After Breast Cancer

Breast cancer affects everyone in different ways and depending on the severity of each case, the recovery period varies greatly.

Breast cancer is a life-threatening disease and some very good work is being done to raise awareness and explore preventative measures. Unfortunately, there is still a downside.

This is the fact that these two words "breast cancer" strike fear into the hearts of most women. We all know that it is these dreaded words that sets the alarm bells ringing. The psychological aspect of this means that when a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer her stress levels skyrocket, putting an extra load on the body when she can cope with it the least.

It is of course her attitude towards these words that could be the greatest influence in her recovery.

Having survived breast cancer myself, I feel that some of the healing process is in part how you view the disease itself. As anyone who's read any of my previous articles will know, I did make considerable lifestyle changes to facilitate recovery. I'm also convinced that a big part of the process was down to the attitude I adopted towards cancer.

I had great faith in my surgeon and after the operation when he told me he had removed the cancer I believed him; totally. However, I also understood that the surgeon had done his part, now it was down to me to make sure the cancer didn't come back.

During the recuperation period there is plenty of time to think. It was during this time, that I was able to work out what I think was the cause of my breast cancer. It is a good time to find a strategy for post-breast cancer lifestyle. I had several challenges on a personal level; self-confidence being one of the issues. So I bought several books on the subject that were a real help in getting me back on track.

I've never liked the word remission, because it always seems to me that when someone says they are in remission, it is as if they expect the cancer to come back. The Law of attraction states that you will attract what you think about the most. If you spend your time expecting the cancer to come back, the odds are pretty good that it will. Of course I have absolutely no medical qualifications, and I don't profess to know the answers, I can only say what has worked for me.

I've always believed that stress caused my breast cancer, and part of the changes I've made to ensure the cancer didn't return was to eliminate as much stress from my life as I could.

For my part, I felt the best thing was to move on as soon as possible. So after a few mammograms and checkups that put me in the clear, I cut all ties with the breast cancer episode and got on with my life. I don't think about it very often, and I'm inclined to treat it as just another surgical procedure. It was a necessary procedure such as my appendectomy, but by not giving it too much credence, it means my breast cancer remains low on my list of things to think about.

Overcoming breast cancer is not easy, but advances in medical science help surgeons work miracles. Then it's down to the individual to decide what part their attitude can play in effecting a lasting cure.

My last piece of advice would have to be, set your self up to enjoy life. You know what they say, this isn't a dress rehearsal. This is it the real thing. Enjoy it now.

Studies reveal that cancer of the cervix occurs more often in women who become sexually active in early life. Cervix cancers may cause by a human papilloma virus (HPV). This virus is spread through sex and it can cause infection in the cervix or any part of woman sex organ. However, this virus never last long because the body can fight this virus (HPV), unlike the HIV. But if the body can't fight the virus it will affect the cervix and turns into pre- cancer cells.

As of now most cervix cancers can be prevented and can be cure if diagnosed earlier through the use of Pap smear test. Cervix cancer may not cause any symptom or symptom less in its early stage. But in time, it too usually cause abnormal bleeding or increased vaginal discharge. More cases of cervical cancer occur among women who use oral contraceptive than among those who rely on diaphragm.

Stretching Will Prevent Injury Before Exercise

You don't want to start stretching until you have been loosened up with some low intensity activity, such as light aerobics or some brisk walking.

As we get older we will naturally start to lose our flexibility and increase the chances of injury, whether it is exercise or normal physical activity. Stretching will increase your flexibility and help prevent injury, so it's a good idea to make it part of your lifestyle, especially if you have been inactive.

Be sure to always begin slowly and find how far you can gently stretch your muscles and tendons without any kind of discomfort or pain. When done properly, it will actually feel good. Completely stretch the muscles by holding at the end of the stretch for about ten to twenty seconds.

* Begin by slowly rolling your shoulders and neck. Now swing both arms separately and gently in a windmill type motion which will bring your arm past your hip each time to make the full large circle. Do it both forward and backwards. Then put your arms straight out from your sides and rotate your arms in a tight softball size circular motion.

* With both hands on your hips while standing straight, slowly bend to the left and right without bending forward, keeping your shoulderblades even with your buttocks while your leaning. Hold each bend for 5 to 15 seconds.

* You perform this one the same as the last with hands on hips, only you are now going to rotate your upper body in a full rounding type motion including a downward motion toward your knees. Slow and easy works best.

* Stand with a straight posture and lift your arms above your head. Raise yourself up onto the tips of your toes and stretch it. Try to hold it in the up position for a period then lower yourself down and repeat.

* While standing erect and hands on hips, slowly go down and touch your toes. Hold, or make a small up and down like pumping motion toward your toes. Then go back up, touch your hips and raise arms over your head, then bring them back down to hips and toes in a fluid type manner and always hold or pump gently.

* Find a solid hard surface where you can comfortably place one of your palms on surface at waist level. With one of your hips facing the surface, place a straight arm palm down on top. Now take your other arm and lift up and over your head while raising up onto your toes leaning towards the other arm and surface top. While doing this you should be in a balarina like stance or C shape. Do enough of these and you can reduce love handles and build your calves. Do both sides and repeat.

When you are finished stretching out your tight muscles and tendons you are ready to begin your fat reducing exercises or muscle building program safely. Be patient but persistent and you will reap great benefits, so don't try and do to much at once.

Apply these stretching routines before all your activities, including normal physical activity. You should be feeling more nimble and healthy especially if you've finally made the decision to include exercise or physical activity routines into your daily life. Quality exercise combined with a quality diet program will give you the best chance possible to get to the proper weight and fit look you've been seeking.

Your health is undoubtedly your most valuable asset. So with that in mind how do you protect your health ?

Yes you probably have health insurance to look after your health if you become ill and car insurance to take car of you should your health suffer as a result of a car accident. But isn't that paying someone else to look after your health after things go wrong ? A bit like closing the stable door after the horse has bolted ? What are you doing, or, what should you be doing to look after your health right now ?

Do you get regular health check ups ? Do you exercise & eat all the right foods that are beneficial to your health ? Do you use health care products such as health supplements ? Do you smoke, drink or take drugs ? Are you aware of how these habits affect your health ?

I'm willing to bet that you make darn sure you look after your children's health, making sure that they are not doing anything that is going to cause long term damage to their health ? But who is watching your health ? Who's making sure you are not doing anything to damage your health ?

Finding Time for Your Personal Fitness Plan

Forty-hour work weeks, cooking, cleaning, driving the kids to basketball and band practice, taking classes, and that little thing called sleep all combined, can eat up a 24-hour period. How can anyone find the time to workout?

Squeezing in a jog during the week is a constant struggle for many. Luckily, there are ways to fit in some physical activity in your jam-packed week.

Schedule time for yourself: If exercising has become a goal and priority of yours, then make time in your schedule for it. Mark in your planner three or four times a week you want to set aside for just yourself and hit the gym or track.

After a few weeks, you will be in the habit of going to the gym. Exercising will become part of your routine like brushing your teeth in the morning.

Wake up early: A way to make more time in your day is to wake up earlier. Instead of hitting the snooze button five times, wake up the first time the alarm goes off and go for a jog. You will find yourself having more energy throughout your day when exercising becomes part of your daily routine.

The buddy system: Having a friend to exercise with in the morning will help motivate you to get out of bed. You will not want to let your workout buddy down by canceling your morning run because you decided to sleep in longer.

Stairs are your new friend: If the elevator is something you see on a daily basis, it might be time to say goodbye to it. Using the stairs instead can help burn many more calories than pressing that button to the fifth floor.

At the mall, there are escalators that do the work for you. Instead, walk up the escalator just as you would a set of stairs.

TV time can be useful: If the 11 o'clock news is in your daily routine, then make that time useful and burn those extra calories from the baked potato you had at dinner. While watching the news you can do a number of different abdominal workouts, push-ups or stretches.

Make lunch and coffee breaks count: At work, instead of taking that extra-long lunch or coffee break with co-workers, go for a walk instead. You won't be too exhausted or sweaty when you come back to work, and you will feel better about burning those extra calories instead of having that doughnut on your break.

Add more to errands and chores: There are numerous times during the day that you probably find yourself just standing around. You stand in line at the store, waiting for the bus, or at the stove sauteing. Well, use that time to burn calories and tone your muscles.

While in line at the store, you can stand with your feet together and lift both your heels up and down working your calf muscles. Raising your legs to the side can help work your outer thighs as well. Also, you can pick something out of your grocery cart and do bicep curls with it.

At home, you can do jumping-jacks or run in place while you wait for the water to boil on the stove.

The kitchen table chair is a wonderful way to help tone your arms. While you are waiting for your dinner to heat up, place a chair behind you and squat down in front of it. Place your palms on the seat of the chair with your fingers facing away from you and push yourself up and down. This will help strengthen your triceps.

There is no one, simple way to fit exercising into your unique schedule. Find what best suits your lifestyle, family, career and social life and it will soon become part of your daily routine.

Women above the age of 35 may not automatically be infertile, in fact 40 something women also could get pregnant. The reason may due to the number of eggs a woman produces each cycle diminishes in her mid-thirties.
